Traci's Bio:

Since 2005, Traci Pannullo has served as the Curriculum Coordinator and a member of the Leadership Team at Ridge and Valley Charter School, a progressive public school in New Jersey serving students from Kindergarten through eighth grade. For over two decades, Ridge and Valley has focused on ecological literacy and sustainability, offering a unique educational program that empowers children to become stewards of the Earth through a deep love for the natural world and a profound respect for the planet's interconnected systems. The school fosters a worldview rooted in hope and the belief in humanity’s capacity for positive change.





Traci’s journey with Ridge and Valley began in 2003 as a founding Trustee. She brings over 30 years of experience in envisioning, designing, and facilitating education that is both student-centered and Earth-centered. Her work is inspired by influential thinkers and educators such as Maria Montessori, Rudolf Steiner, Thomas Berry, Brian Swimme, and organizations like Peer Spirit/The Circle Way, the Ecological Learning Center, and the Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm in New Jersey.

She holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from Thomas Edison State College (NJ), a Master’s degree in Science as an Elementary Science Specialist from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ), and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
